Description

The house includes all new furniture (king beds, new high end mattresses, wide screen TVs, etc.). Bathrooms are fully stocked. The house also includes an office with a desk and large curved monitor (this space can be used for infants/young children...pack n play included). Both the main house and guest suite include espresso makers. Wifi is usually great (except during major storms) and cell service is always fantastic (benefit of being on top of the mountain).

The property is gorgeous and includes a tranquil sitting area with fire pit. If you are a walker or hiker, there is much to do without having to hop in your car. The property borders a national forest with tons of trails (Panther Town) and the neighborhood is great for casual walks.

Guests also have access to Sapphire Valley Resort - three large pools, workout facility, sauna, playground, park, nature trails and access to a beautiful lake with a 3 mile walking trail.

The Guest House/Suite has heat but no A/C. At this elevation, the high during the summer is around 75 degrees (rarely if ever does the temp touch 79 or 80). If you find the space is hot, turn on the fan and/or open the porch door (keep screen closed) and enjoy the cool fresh mountain air.
